Returns & Exchange

H E E W A N offers returns on products for a period of 3 days. All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since the date of your delivery without notification of any fault, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wear or use. The products must be neatly re-packed into the original packaging and upon receipt will be inspected for signs of wear. In the event that we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund or exchange will be voided and the item will be returned to you.

If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us at contact@heewan.com quoting your order number and please include a description and image/s of the fault. We will then send you a return form for you to fill out and include with the item/s you are sending back to us.

Please be aware that all knit items are fully non-refundable if the packaging has been opened.

H E E W A N does not offer refunds for incorrect sizing where another size is available. If there is only one size for the garment we will offer a refund where we are contacted within 3 days of delivery of the incorrect sizing. H E E W A N does not offer a refund for any damage incurred in washing your garments. Please carefully read the washing instructions and sizing details provided for each product prior to your purchase. Please be aware that sizing measurements may vary by 1-2 cm.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1 / 2 Feathertop Avenue, Templestowe Lower, 3107, Australia.

You will be responsible for payment of your own shipping costs for the return of your item.

If you receive a refund because of a product fault or incorrect product description, the cost of standard return shipping will be included with your refund. We ask that you use a standard (non-express) shipping service with tracking (whether domestic or international).We will not refund non-standard shipping costs incurred by way of an express or priority service. We require you to email us a copy of your return postage receipt once you have shipped the product back to us.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure that any items which you return are packed properly so that no damage is incurred on its way to us. We cannot accept any liability for any products until they are returned to us and we do not offer any refunds for products which may have been damaged whilst being posted back to us.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. We note that your bank may take further time in processing this credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contact@heewan.com.
